OUR CORE SERVICES
Our services aim to bridge the gap between programmers and service users. We hope to engage with you through the following:
RESEARCH
We partner with esteemed academic institutions, development experts, and other research organizations to generate knowledge and evidence concerning the youth and the issues that affect them. We conduct participatory research involving communities of practice and the youth in the research process. Our research addresses knowledge and evidence gaps in children and youth programming, providing valuable insights to enhance youth development and well-being.
TRAINING AND EVENTS
We design and implement training programs and events to build the capacity of both youth and youth programmers. Our training programs and events are informed by the knowledge generated through research, ensuring that we offer cutting-edge approaches to youth development. We organize events where we share new pieces of evidence and emerging practices, starting a community practice among youth-serving organizations, programmers, and youth work practitioners.
CONSULTANCY SERVICES
With our vast experience and accessible knowledge, we offer consultancy services to guide organizations, specifically the government, in designing and implementing programs for the youth. We help strengthen the capacity of
youth-serving institutions, duty-bearers, and service providers to deliver effective and data-informed interventions for children and youth. Through our consultancy services, we contribute to developing evidence-based policies and programs that positively impact the lives of young people.
